Nestquip was founded by industry professionals with over a decade of hands-on experience operating within the insurance restoration and claims environment. Through years of managing property losses, coordinating emergency response, and supporting insured families directly, we developed a deep understanding of claims infrastructure, housing challenges, and placement inefficiencies.
Working closely with carriers, adjusters, and displaced policyholders allowed us to see clear gaps within the temporary housing process - from sourcing limitations and cost misalignment to communication and coordination delays.
